Steven Faulkner has been playing guitar and singing since he can remember. Having been in many bands as a teenager, Steven joined Set In Stone, a progressive Rock/Metal outfit from Nuneaton as singer. Their distinct heavier sound enabled Steven to develop a stronger rock orientated side to his singing voice, which upon the band disbanding he took back in to his own acoustic song writing and performances. These recordings are a reflection of the many songwriting styles and genres of a varied taste. Whilst stylistically different, each song has its own endearing qualities . 2010 saw Steven play on the same stage as Tinchy Stryder and Get Cape.Wear Cape.Fly! which was followed in 2011 by playing festivals and shows with Example, Feeder, Maximo Park, Miles Hunt (The Wonderstuff) and Mark Morriss (The Bluetones). 2012 has already had a great start with the release of Jigsaw Man, which is to be followed by an appearance at the Y-not festival in the peak district alongside such acts as The Subways, the Wombats, British Sea Power, Pulled Apart By Horses, and We Are Scientists User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
