Steve Goldstein is an American composer and arranger. A graduate of California Institute of the Arts, Goldstein has worked with a variety of recording artists including: Dolly Parton, Frank Zappa, Diana Ross, The Motels (with whom he wrote the Top Ten hit "Suddenly Last Summer"), Smokey Robinson, Leonard Cohen and Kim Carnes (for whom he arranged the smash hit "Bette Davis Eyes"). He has composed the films: Cats Don't Dance and wrote songs for The Breakfast Club and Better off Dead.
