In February 2009, guitarist Michael Kilpatrick and percussionist Michael Soo (both of Master Soo and the Spunkmeyers) invited Colin McKinley to jam with them for the first time. The chemistry was perfect, and in September 2009, after a summer filled with experimental songwriting, the band was officially formed with Michael Kilpatrick on vocals and rhythm guitar, Colin McKinley on lead guitar, and Michael Soo on the drums. In December, Jeremy Dormitzer was invited to a band practice, and shortly after, officially joined the band playing keyboard and saxophone. The most recent addition to the band was vocalist Ryan LaForest. Taking up the name Stereo Bliss in February 2010, the band is currently writing original songs, playing local gigs, and melting faces with their pure awesomeness.
