For Stephen Hurd, his commission is clear. “I know my assignment as a worship leader,” he shares. “I feel like I’m called to be a teacher, to nurture and spark creativity in others. I’m called to help leaders understand their real responsibility, which is to help their congregations experience God.” Stephen is a renowned leader in the gospel music community. He serves as the minister of music for First Baptist Church Glenarden in Landover, Maryland. He has released two acclaimed recordings with Integrity Music.
