From the press info of the band: "A charismatic female singer with a great voice, combined with bleak guitar riffs between classical hard rock and „System of a Down“ – does it work? Yes it does! Stealing the Bride from Mainz are using this ingredients to create energy-packed and emotional rock music with catching melodies and a hint of gothic rock – without any sob stuff. The songs of the four experienced musicians (drummer Rob for example is also a studied jazz drummer and avowed AC/DC fan) get their power from the dynamic change between lyrical and melancholic passages and explosive rock refrains. In spring 2005 the bride and her thieves have started to conquer the stages of the Rhein-Main area in germany. With their live gigs they create a very special party vibe: a blend of melancholy and naughty rock energy."
