about

Stan Serkin (born 6 April 1986 in his native USSR 'Stanislav Serkin') in the small industrial city of Togliatti, Russia. From a very early age his love for creativity manifested itself through his love of Art, occupying much of his time painting whilst he received his artistic education. Stan however yearned for more, feeling that painting alone was not enough to express his feelings and emotions and so it was during this time of his life he felt the call towards the art of music, this new creative addition in which he heard something that excited him and so he decided for himself that music was really at the heart of the kind of creativity which he wanted to dedicate his life to. Stan announced himself to the world dance community as part of the project 'The Fusion' with the single "Behind Rain Waves", release hit 13th on the sales chart of Junodownload and received the both the status of top producer and a future name to watch, a Chillout version of this track was awarded a huge amount of rave reviews among both students and professionals alike. Success of the single was enough to secure predetermined support from the top DJ's of the world. The next release also did not go unnoticed with the Official Remix of Guru Josh's - 'Love of Life' which reached first place on the Music Week Upfront Chart (UK) and achieved constant daily rotation on Russian radio stations for 24 weeks , including 8 weeks on the dance chart of DFM.
