Spare Not The Villagers is a 4 piece Band Hailing from Baltimore Maryland and are influenced Mainly by the roots of the Genres they span. Mostly Traditional Death metal, Hardcore, Thrash Metal, Sweedish metal, and American Deathcore. Warren Welch (Guitar) responded to an ad posted by Jayson Kilgus (Vocals) And Clark Mitchell(Drums) and immediately began producing material. A few weeks passed and Warren Brought in long time friend Shawn Boyer to play bass. After a while Shawn had decided he didn't want to pursue music as aggressively as the rest of the band and quit. It was on good terms and they still remain good friends. Jay and Clark Brought current bassist Matt Wiatrowski in to fill the spot and he adapted in no time. Since their inception Spare not the villagers has shared the stage with some of the biggest acts in metal and hardcore today, has gained national attention with their self-released demo entitled "Eat Shit", and Will be releasing their first full length in January 2010 entitled "Present This At Your Wake."
