Sounds Familiar (Düsseldorf/Cologne/Bonn) have been making music since 2000 and are still going strong. The band was founded during the rise of emocore and released their first record in 2001. Over the years there were breaks due to jobs, family and everyday life, but the music never stopped. In 2019 the EP “Muscle Function” was released. In 2025 Sounds Familiar played a series of successful shows that underlined their energy and passion on stage. At the end of 2025 the new EP will be released and in 2026 more concerts are planned.
