Soul Skard is an original hard rock / heavy metal band from the Jackson, MS that’s all about kicking ass and taking names. Soul Skard is Stephen Iglinsky on lead vocals, Heath Allen on guitar, Richard Smith on guitar, Matt Phillips on bass, and Wes Sutterfield on drums. They began skarring the Jackson area in late 2009 and have been a hard rocking force since. The Soul Skard sound comes from a mix of classic and modern hard rock and metal influences. Influences come from Metallica, Ozzy Osbourne, Black Sabbath, Motley Crue, Disturbed, Kiss, Motorhead, Cradle of Filth, In Flames, Five Finger Death Punch, Megadeth, and Children of Bodom.
