Sopho Gelovani (Georgian: სოფო გელოვანი) (born 21 March 1984) is a Georgian singer who represented her country with Nodiko Tatishvili at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2013. Their entry is a ballad entitled 'Waterfall'. The song is written and composed by Thomas G:Son, who was also responsible for Loreen's Euphoria, the winning song of the previous edition of Eurovision. The song qualified to the Grand final, finishing in 10th place in the second semi final. In the final, they reached the 15th place. In the 2014 Eurovision Song Contest, they announced the votes of the Georgian audience & jury. Her collaboration with Nodi appears to be a one time deal as no further or previous releases seem to have followed. The promo material from her Eurovision entry states that from 1990 to 2007 she studied at several Musical Schools. She won projects such as 'Morning Star' in 1999, Do-Re-Mi in 2000 in Armenia, The Grand Prix Of International contest in 2006 in Moldova and another international song contest in Saint Petersburg. Besides that she did many other music and television projects in Georgia, Armenia, Ukraine and Russia and she became a teacher at a musical school.
