SOMNIATE is a black metal act hailing from Pilsen/Prague, Czech Republic, est. 2017. Their debut album "The Meyrinkian Slumber" (2020), based on Gustav Meyrink's novel "The Golem", was mixed and mastered at BST Studio, Paris (AOSOTH, VI, THE ORDER OF APOLLYON etc.). The sophomore full-length album, "We Have Proved Death", inspired by Richard Brautigan's "In Watermelon Sugar", was produced by V. Santura (TRIPTYKON), the owner of Woodshed Studio, who has also worked with ASCENSION, BOLZER, OBSCURA and other distinctive bands.
