Conceived in 2005, SomewhereNotHere was an instrumental work in progress from Rik Clay (founder of the now disbanded > FULC). Work was focused on releasing a 4 track EP sometime in 2006. In 2009 Rik Clay died, and his parents released in 2011 a very special memorial CD incorporating Rik's later music. As they stated on his Myspace profile (now managed by them) the release of Residual Hum from a parallel Universe: "will not be a commercial venture, it will be an act of love".
