Several months ago Solasso remixed Banarama's 1982 hit, Really Saying Something. It was a collaboration with the Fun Boy Three after they sang back up on their hit, Ain't What You Do. Really Saying Something was originally recorded by the Velvettes, if I remember correctly. The original video was directed by Midge Ure of Ultravox. It's my understanding that the Solasso remix was not an authorized remix, but Around The World Records is scheduled to release it. In spite of the fact that there is no release date scheduled, a British TV model competition filmed a video of the remix earlier in the year. They lip synch while images of Keren and Sara appear on the televisions surrounding the models. It's really kind of cool, but I would have preferred half-naked male models myself. Heck!
