We are Solarcycles! A symphonic folk metal band from the Netherlands formed in 2015. With our music we explicitly critique the destruction of our planet, and encourage a renewed union between humankind and nature. We've also worked hard on creating a magical world for the listener where one's deepest and darkest emotions can find acceptance, as it’s an inevitable part of one's existence in nature. Lyrical themes also include paganism and ancient esoteric religious movements. Late 2017, we released our first and self-produced EP ''Ethereal Storms'' which has been received with huge enthusiasm and acclaimed by the critic both nationally and internationally. Currently, we're ready to start a new journey with the release of our first full length album “LUNAR” on 27 OCT 2023. If you're looking for heavy melodic music and a community that fights for nature, you're in the right place! A place where past and present come together, for those seeking comfort in heavy music and nature.
