Formed by Paulo Fraga and Pedro Costa, "Solange, tô aberta!" has as main intention to contest, to display situations, habits, behaviors and speeches adopted by different segments of the society. The lyrics make vindication to the transgender and criticize the catholic church dogmas, the heteronormativity and any form of discrimination. We support abortion legalization, the black movement, the GLBT movement, women and all the silenced groups. The band tries electronic music through creation and, also, uses samples and beats. The main influences are mass culture songs and music that are made to amuse and/or to question. Rhythms both from Brazil (Funk Carioca, Tecnobrega) and other countries (Kuduro, Punk Rock) compose the electronic repertoire.
