Sokuseki-Men (originally Insuanto Men) formed in 2000, making pretty silly skewed-electronic beats and samples. The duo then working out of Hobart, Tasmania put on various shows incorporating slapstick theatre and down right drunken shenanigans; creepy costumes were donned, unsuspecting dolls and stuffed toys went under the knife, gothic kids were told that Don Johnson is their god and tape-cricket (a game like cricket, using cassettes as balls and spraying plastic splinters and streamers of tape around the venue)was played... you get the picture.
