Social Blowout was a hardcore punk band from Connecticut. The band consisted of Adam on lead vocals and guitar, Matt on guitar, John on bass, and Justin on drums. They were known locally in the Danbury / Ridgefield area of CT and also had a following in other states of the USA. Most well-known for their skateboarding theme, Social Blowout released one EP on their own independent label, Quefe Records, and went on tour before they broke up. They played their final show at Billy Baloney's in Danbury, CT on May 2nd, 2009 with Seize The Day, Loud Youth, and YESPLEASE. Who knows, a re-union could always happen.
