Snow Bungalow formed in 2022, when Miguel Silva (Voice/Guitar) and Gonçalo Protásio (Drums), students of the same music school, realized they lived right next to each other. Bonding over their mutual love for indie culture and the struggle to find meaning amidst the noisy modern world, they quickly started working on creating Snow Bungalow, and soon added Tomás Alves (voice/guitar) and Jamie Hornman (Bass), the final pieces of the puzzle. They laid dormant to the public eye for 2 years, finding themselves musically and strengthening their chemistry and creative prowess: spewing out demos, playing secret concerts, and most recently recording their first singles, which are going to start being released in 2025. Snow Bungalow are finally starting to unsheathe themselves to the Public eye, making their individuality apparent with elements of shoegaze and indie rock permeating their sound. In mid 2025, Jamie left the band and Layne Seabra joined shortly after.
