She learned Indian classical music under the guidance of Guruma Shikha Ganguly. From the age of 10, she started participating in singing competitions and consistently won, establishing the foundation of her musical career. Breakthrough and Career Development: Her notable break came when the composer duo Kalyanji–Anandji invited her to Mumbai for further training. In Mumbai, she became part of their prestigious group Little Wonders, serving as the lead singer in over 800 shows both in India and overseas. A key milestone in her early career was participating in the children’s reality show Sa Re Ga Ma in 1995, and she won the Mega Finals of the Children’s Special in 1998.
