SMUGLY - world's most underperforming punk band. Founded somewhat about 2001 in Bielefeld, Germany, SMUGLY harrassed Bielefeld for almost two years. The band used to play way too fast songs with either not existent lyrics or a mixture of stuttered french and some english curse words. So fortunately the band had at least entaining qualities.
