The Smokin’ Novas are described as “Americana music that moves the soul”…and consist of Andrew Hyra, Brian Bristow and Don McCollister. Hyra, founding member of former Atlantic Records recording artist Billy Pilgrim, and Bristow, quickly discovered an easy camaraderie and common vision in their songwriting process that translates well in the studio and on stage. They then brought in multiple Grammy winning producer/engineer/musician McCollister to complete the trio. The Novas were born.
