Pretty V (previously Voldy Moyo and v7backin2007) is a UK-based experimental hip-hop artist that created a wide array of sounds ranging from trap to noise to ambient. His poetic lyrics often covered politics and emotional topics, and he is still recognised by his use of Marxist aesthetics. His sound had the tendency to change drastically between albums. His Daniel Johnston-ish record Tale of Red Star was released in the same year as Liberty City, an experimental trap album that could be placed somewhere in between a Bladee album and a UK grime album.
