Small Time Giants is the sound of diverse, emotional post-rock. Sharing a common love for creating authentic and derailed music, Small Time Giants consist of four Greenlanders and a Dane. After growing up close to the absolute roof of the world, the band decided in 2009 to move to warmer surroundings, and ended up in Aarhus, Denmark. Small Time Giants now functions as a musical collective, with arms and ambitions opened to greet new experiences around the world. Musically, the sensitive post-rock is mixed with a variety of skewed tones, acoustic guitars, electronic drums and samples – all together giving the songs an alternative and contemporary expression. The songs are about tragic, romantic and miserable love. To get a full understanding of Small Time Giants, their own words say it best: We are a band. We are musicians. We are not entertainers, although we can be entertaining. We write and record music because it is the evidence of life. We are either hopelessly misunderstood or fucking genius. We don't want to be the guys in 7-eleven trying to sell you things you don't want. We call ourselves Small Time Giants, because little people grow...
