Artist
Slash (born Saul Hudson) and Myles Kennedy first collaborated on Slash's debut album 'Slash', on the tracks 'Back From Cali' and 'Starlight', released in 2010. Slash, already a famous guitarist from his days in Guns N' Roses and Velvet Revolver, decided to enlist an all-star guest cast for the album. Myles Kennedy was one such guest, after having making his name in Alter Bridge, and is a sought-after rock vocalist. Other guests were Iggy Pop, Dave Grohl and Chris Cornell. After a tour supporting the album with Kennedy, a new album named 'Apocalyptic Love' was released in summer 2012, but not after a set of live albums including 'Made in Stoke', which featured Myles Kennedy on vocals for the concert. Kennedy's band with Slash are known as 'Myles Kennedy & The Conspirators'. Their style of music for 'Apocalyptic Love' is a bluesy hard-rock style, similar to Slash's Guns N' Roses days.
