Skulleidoscope is a 4-piece math metal band, from Tampere, Finland. The project started in early 2008, when Eemeli Sutelainen (Remsen Tusk, Kuraattori) and Henri Suominen (Kuraattori) came up with couple of fresh ideas and riffs. They jammed together, did a little composing, and the results where early versions of the songs like Distorted Vision and Gin Monotonic. They decided to record their first demo of the song "Distorted Vision". The demo was recorded and not long after releasing the demo the band had their first gig. Now they had to begin the search for more players. After a while Eemeli contacted Aapo Lankinen (Femalepenis, ex-Toxicbleed, ex-Univelka) to handle the bass duties. Aapo took the place, and about week before the gig the songs were ready and rehearshed. The show went well and Skulleidoscope were asked to have their first Finnish tour together with Wild Riot and STAF!. The band started composing the new songs. But they still had one problem: the missing vocalist. The band went to the studio to record a new demo to promote Skulleidoscope. Soon after the release of the demo the band announced that their newest member was vocalist Olli Tiikkainen (BladeCatcher). Ollis sound brought a fresh new element to the band. Now Skulleidoscope is rehearshing for new material and ready to take off new challenges. current lineup: Olli: Vox Henkka: Guitar Aapo: Bass Eemeli: Drums offical myspace (www.myspace.com/skulleidoscope) User-contributed text is available under the C
