Dutch metal band with a distinctive sound. SKULLSUIT offers heavy grooves & catchy melodies. The band started writing songs in early 2011, making metal based on bluesy riffs and heavy grooves inspired by bands like pantera, metallica, down, black label society and many more. The band was founded by Rob Meisters and Dennis Carroll. Shortly after joined by Daniel Kaijer they searched for a Lead singer and bassplayer. These were found in Roy Goossens on vocals and Robbie Schepers on Bass. They released an EP in 2012 named Raw, Loud, Immoral but Evident. Which was well recieved. After playing a lot of national and international shows, they started writing and recording their first full length album. This album 'MOMENTUM' was released in 2015 under their label management Into The Limelight Records. Shortly before the release of the album 'Momentum', the band had to part ways with Robbie, but he was replaced by Roel Käller (Mayan). With a fresh album and new bassplayer, SKULLSUIT entered a couple of national metalband competitions, with growing results. Leading up to the finals of the national Metal Battle, they won the audience choice award. The band played shows on festivals like Baroeg Open Air, Occultfest, Tavenu Metal Fest, Metalcon and many more. Expanding their territory into Germany and Belgium.
