Artist
This is incorrect artist tag for Prague alternative music group "Skrytý půvab byrokracie" ("Hidden Charm of Bureaucracy"). They have been writing and performing music since 1999, quite surprisingly winning a prestigious musical award at the Prague festival "Small Alternative" only a year later. The band is oscillating between typical old Czech underground and modern electronic sound; the sound is based on noise computer samples, crazy saxophone and loud base guitar. Their first album "Nic se nestalo" ("Nothing Happened") was finished in 2002 and released by "Black Point" record producers (www.blackpointmusic.cz). Bizarre texts are taken from daily news, political proclamations, scientific literature, forgotten work of unknown or well-known poets etc. The group's case-hardened members have an alternative attitude to the alternative - to name them: Josef Jindrak (bg, sequencer), Roman Plischke (sax, guitar), Jakub Zid (voc). A new man in the town: Roman Kolliner is hard working since 2004 on his industrial percussions. User-contributed text is available under the Creative Commons By-SA License; additional terms may apply.
