Line-up - Frenreisz Karoly / Bass, Sax - Szucs Antal Gabor / Guitar - Papp Gyula / Keyboards - Gekete Gabor / Drums, Percussion Karoly Frenreisz (bass, sax) played in the Hungarian band Locomotiv GT before joining Skorpio. Drawing on the influences of Uriah Heep, Led Zeppelin, Deep Purple and Queen, Skorpió helped to lay the foundations of Eastern European prog rock. They also recorded extensively with Hungarian songstress Sarolta Zalatnay, backing her on several of her solo projects.
