Collaborative effort between Frédéric Arbour and Montreal based ambient/experimental project Skinwel. Skorneg conceptually oscillates around the northern elements of Glaciers, Winds and the exploration of such rugged territories, both physically, intellectually and spiritually. Musically, this project brings massively scaled power drones, barren ambience, and black hole atmospherics. The first release from Skorneg came from Malignant Records (http://www.malignantrecords.com/releases/4789) in March, 2014. Frédéric Arbour is otherwise known for Havan, Visions and the famed dark ambient label Cyclic Law.
