Skitnicks is a psycho-rock band from Bulgaria, formed in 2011 in the city of Sofia. The band's genre is going through warm guitar sounds and energy vocal refrains, involving also classic rock'n'roll, rockabilly, punk rock and stoner rock. The band was formed by Dimitar Vassilev - Nufry (vocals), Ivo Peshev (guitar) Milen Ivanchev on the drums as a result of a long-standing friendship and sharing the same local stage in Sofia being part of different groups as Pyromania, Panican Whyasker and Bastardolomey for Nufry as a vocalist and Vison, Vougang In Traffic and Pistamashina for Ivo as a guitar player. Milen Ivanchev is known as the drummer of early years of Pyromania and Bastardolomey. For a short period of time the bass was played by Mihail Pelovsky, ex Vougang In Traffic. In the winter of 2011 Skitnicks makes their first record - Shizo Doll and quickly gains some local popularity. Just before recording it, band parts with bassist and Ivo takes the base for the studio. Very soon Radoslav Yovtchev (bass) joins the band. He is an old friend and brings a big smile to Skitnicks' inspiration. In December 2011 Skitnicks produces the first EP- Shizo Doll, containing the title song Shizo Doll and one more song - Drug For Sobers.
