Skinwalkers Reno, Nevada: Skinwalkers lead the emo revival movement in Reno, with many bands following in their stead (City Wolves, Newbound, Empty Beds). Their energy is next to none and has never ceased to amaze. Their first EP Invisible Twin in 2015 blew up pretty quickly and their shows havent been sparsely populated since. In 2016 they did a split with a Reno post punk band called City Wolves. This split would be the first step towards their more indie sound as well as their split with Desnudos en Coma from Columbia which came soon after. The vocalist posted some skinwalkers demos through the moniker Black Stallion on bandcamp the future of those songs are unknown. They are currently working on a full length that will probably be released in 2017. Skinwalkers Australia: Ripping out of the Gold Coast local Punk Scene Skinwalkers stand alone with a new sound, mixing Punk, Rock, Metal, Hardcore and Alternative genres. They continue to forge a presence and support within Australian and International markets and have no intention of backing down. Currently being mentored by Graham Ashton of Dew Process Records and Footstomp Music, Asho has given them great direction. Realising their potential and the sound they were looking for, Asho hooked them up with Kalju Tonuma one of Australia’s most regarded music producer/mixers, working with The Living End, Body Jar, Hunters and Collectors among other legendary Aussie bands.
