Skandle was born in a city called Brighton located in the South East of England. At age 13, Skandle discovered his musical talent when he joined a rap group called TMC with a few of his school mates. Together they recorded relentlessly. Skandle felt as if he had to put double the effort into his lyrics because he was the youngest one in the group. He moved to Columbia, Maryland with his two brothers and loved the fact that he was in America; the hip-hop birth place He spent most of his time studying Hip-Hop from start to finish and evolved his flow into a mixture of both worlds. In no time at all, he was putting in hard hours to save up to buy studio equipment, and utilized all his time to write and record. By the time Skandle reached 16 years old, he had released three underground mix tapes and earned a strong local rep. He used freestyle sessions at the mall and performances at local clubs and parties as a way to promote his name. As his rep grew stronger he set higher goals to solidify its position.
