Siroun is a young acoustic duet from Twente in the Netherlands, making unique music. Rock is mixed with classical, pop with flamenco, and vice versa. This makes the songs really innovative, but they're still accessible. A small band, with a big and warm sound. They are formed by Arthur Nazarian & Erik Linnartz in late 2008. Arthur is raised by a huge variety of music, but his true passion lies with hard rock like Deep Purple, Rainbow, Led Zeppelin, Black Sabbath, Whitesnake, Pink Floyd, etc. As Arthur had a classical guitar education, Erik was completely into heavy metal. So learned the electric guitar at first, and started playing the acoustic later on (Arthur did it the other way around). Erik does a nice job considering the vocals, but it's rumoured that Siroun is looking for third member for lead vocals...
