Single Wound is a metalcore band based out of Toronto, Canada. Founded in 2017, the group released their debut EP, The Things I Never Got to Say, in December of that year, playing their first shows together soon after that. Originally a trio comprised of Fernando Murga (guitar/vocals), Gabriel Gimenez (Drums), and Jorge Alvarez (bass/vocals), Single Wound invited local musician Kole Frank to take over vocal duties. The refreshed lineup fleshed out their new material throughout the next year and then dropped their second EP, Isolate, in Spring 2019. Single Wound has released a slew of singles since then, playing other provinces across Canada including Quebec, New Brunswick and Nova Scotia, throughout 2022.
