All the while Silk was to stay home and more than likely play video games and have personal time for personal attention, but luckily a family member convinced him to go out. A mutual friend of the two had been trying to coheres the Beat and Silk to meet and harmoniously philander. Long story short, drinks are drunk, shots get shot, and smokes get lit. Voila! SFB was made in the back of a ford fusion with smoke and dreams! Then, along came a Flamingo who was kin to The Beat with knowledge and experience in the world of Art. Minute by minute frames of music and creativity were instilled, kindled, and inspired to all three by a taste for Rock N Roll... With modern day influences the likes of Black Keys, Modest Mouse, and Kings of Leon, it is easy to find yourself completely engulfed or subconsciously tapping your foot to one of SFB's songs asking "Who is this?". Priority one, to be that song playing in the background at your backyard barbecue while having a beer making you wish the night never ends! This feel good music, like love, is unconditional. Their music knows no limits, boundaries, and above all else is sincere in the rawest passion!
