Shot Heard Around The World is a post-hardcore band from Boston, MA. Since their inception in 2005, they have been pushing the boundaries of what is to be expected from a live performance. Through a combination of their energetic, passionate stage presence and their commitment to a relentless touring schedule, they're really starting to leave their mark on a music scene that is in desperate need of new blood. This past summer, the band embarked on a 5 week nationwide tour in support of their EP (How Empty We've Become), which was produced by Jay Maas (Vanna, Bane, Defeater). In 2011, they've already gone on multiple tours of the eastern U.S. and plan to transition into a full time touring act with the release of their brand new album (Ornaments) later this year. SHATW has opened up for many national acts including: Killswitch Engage, All That Remains, Shadows Fall, The Chariot, Bury Your Dead, Four Year Strong, The Acacia Strain, Finch, Blessthefall, and many more!
