Short of Daybreak were a post-hardcore quartet out of East Meadow, Long Island, New York. They self-released a five-song EP in 2003. Influences included Refused, Grade, Illusion of Safety-era Thrice, AFI, and a slew of other artists including the immense local scene surrounding them. The band broke up in the Spring of 2004.
