Shogun Assassins was formed in Copenhagen 2008, as a project with great musical ambitions. Since then the trio has been working to discover its raw and heavily instrumentated sound, and writing new material. Some associate Shogun Assassins’ style with bands of the late 60s and early 70s, but with an added sound of tomorrow. Inspirations include: Jimi Hendrix, Led Zeppelin and Black Sabbath. The EP Caveman (2010) is Shogun Assassins’ first release.
