Shimmergloom is a three-piece alternative rock band, based in Perth Western Australia. With a guitar-driven sound, memorable riffs and seamless harmonies, Shimmergloom is quickly making its mark on the Perth music scene, being invited to play with other emerging talents such as Umpire, Boys, Boys, Boys and Minute 36. The band is known for its dynamic live performances which showcase the light & shade with which Shimmergloom weaves its musical magic. The three band members have extensive onstage experience performing in such diverse Perth bands as Verona, The Jayco Bros, Wilberforce & Avid Grey Influences range from indie rockers Swervedriver & The Cure through to harder acts such as Tool. “The twin vocals of Shimmergloom worked really well and the band mixed it up... showing great versatility and talent.
