Shelly Blake-Plock (b. 1974) is a musician, artist, and teacher from Baltimore. Since c. 1995 he has released a wide variety of musics ranging from lo-fi folk to noisy art rock to theatrical sound art to free improvisation. Recently his work has revolved around a reinterpretation of musical theatre form and experimental approaches to musical narrative. He lives with his wife and children in a very old house along the Patapsco River in which he practices his craft and pursues studies in philosophical alchemy.
