Shattered Realm is an American metalcore/hardcore band from Asbury Park, New Jersey, who formed in 2000 and has taken several hiatuses since. Their most recent EP, Scars from Lessons Learned, was released in 2024. The band was founded in 2000 by guitarist Joe None. Other members included singer Eric, guitarist Chris Collins, and drummer Danny. The band began performing live in September. Shortly thereafter, singer Eric switched to bass and guitarist Collins took over as lead singer. A few performances later, drummer Danny left the group and was replaced by Al, while Ales joined the band as second guitarist. The album Alone with Everybody was released in the same year. In April 2001, drummer Al briefly left the band and was replaced by Gene from Second to None. This was followed by the EP All Will Suffer on War Machine Records in the same year, before Al returned to the band in August. After a few performances, the album Broken Ties... Spoken Lies was released on Eulogy Recordings and Alveran Records. More performances and tours followed, with Fat Pat joining the band as second guitarist in early 2002, replacing Alex. In 2003, the band took part in Hellfest. Towards the end of the summer, the band parted ways with singer Big Chris and drummer Al. On the European tour in September 2003, Chris Rage joined the band as the new drummer and Paul Brown as the new singer. This was followed in early 2004 by US tours with Remembering Never and On Broken Wings, as well as with Terro
