Band of New Jersey formed in 1978, formed by the young Richie Sambora and Bruce Foster. Bio.: Richie Sambora played in other bands before Bon Jovi, and one of them was the Shark Frenzy. Around 1978 a New Jersey band played by the NJ clubs, this band heard about a pretty young guitarist around the town, and this guy also heard about this band. One night Richie Sambora was in the club, and one of the bands of the night was the Shark Frenzy. They were without bassist, because their bass player had gotten food poisoning, so they asked from the stage if there were any musicians in the house. Then they saw Richie Sambora and asked him if he could play bass, well, he's a guitarist, so he could do that. And that's what Richie did, he played bass that night, and was formed the Shark Frenzy with Richie Sambora. They recorded some sounds, but they didn't release them. The album was released some decades later by Bruce Foster.
