Shane Perlowin (b. 1978) is an American guitarist, composer and improviser, currently living and working in Asheville, North Carolina. He is the charter member of the band Ahleuchatistas, founded in 2002. Other projects include: Doom Ribbons, Objet a, Desert Installation, sbdQtc, Nakatani/Perlowin Duo, Blind Thorns, and various collaborations and solo excursions.
