Sgt. Pepper is a Dutch two-man band, formed by the two brothers Jip (electronics) and Pim (drums & cello) Postma. They both had played in various other bands before, but in the end of 2007, they decided to bundle their forces. Their debute single "Sgt. Pepper †" received positive critics. Influenced by various different genres and bands from heavy metal to Royksopp and The Prodigy, a totally new sound arised. Their first works are rather down-beat and relaxing; their more recent works gained a bit more tempo and beat.
