From Grândola, Portugal, Seven Stitches are a quintet, formed in 2002. They launched two demos, one EP and a split with Switchtense, in which they refined their sonority and they live act. Playing all over the country, they shared the stage with bands like Vader, Severe Torture, Napalm Death, Suffocation, Warbringer, Hatesphere, Rotten Sound, Brujeria, Fleshkrawl, Krisiun amongst others. Still in 2009, after some lineup changes, the band focused on recording their first album, “When The Hunter Becomes The Hunted”, recording on the MDL Studios. The new lineup is Pica (vox), André Tavares and Bixo (guitars), André Santos (bass) and Nelson Teixeira (drums), and the album - released in 2010 - offers us ten powerful thrash/death metal songs.
