Self Propelled Messiah (ex-Daemon) was the brainchild of 4 Dallas musicians. The creation was realized when all the music came together in one explosive groove. Self Propelled Messiah played shows in support of their 2 recordings: Grave Dance (2001) and Headsplitting E.P. (2000). After one year of playing shows throughout TX and Louisiana the band had received an interest from indie labels in Houston and California. The band consists of: Mike (STAR) Patrick - vocals; Robert Garcia - drums; Chris Fansler - guitars; Joseph J. Fontenot - bass, backing vocals.
