Sea of Consciousness is a band formed by guitarist Daniel Sirotski and drummer István Timmermans on the brink of the Covid-crisis in 2019 after the break-up of their previous band ''Inferus Dei''.Thus began a long journey to write an original stage concept, a comprehensing album and an musical concept that reflected the life's struggles based on the experiences of Daniel Sirotski. The musical influences vary greatly and stretch over a long list of different genres. But the core is a progressive composition, drawing mostly from the atmospheric black and technical death metal bands.After multiple line-up changes they finally found the remaining bandmembers in 2023 and recorderd their debut album in august of 2023, which was released on January 12th of 2024.
