Scarlet Hideout is a finnish downtempo/laid-back/pop/soul/ -project. The guy, Tuomas Äystö (also by the name 'Korosta'), is the songwriter/producer behind Scarlet Hideout. He uses sampled audio-material, live instrumentation and synths to create this emotional and enjoyable collage of mood-music,pop-music, dowtempo.. whatever. He's mainly a hiphop-artist, working under alias Korosta, and that kind of vibe is also very audiable at the scarlet hideout tracks - in a good way.
