Reliving the past with a modern spin, scøøb is blending cutesy post-myspace aesthetics and sounds with modern emo and hyperpop influences since 2018. The 17 year old vocalist from Orange Park, Florida is heavily inspired by fellow underground musicians like Shinigami and YungJZAisDead, as well as mainstream artists like Blink-182’s Tom Delonge. In addition to other musicians, scøøb draws inspiration from literature and other stories such as “i had that same dream again,” “clannad,” “at night i become a monster,” and “little busters.” “my vision for music is to make soft music that u can just get lost in, that feel like they’re apart of a different world.” keep an eye out for scøøb’s album “celeste” dropping on april 10th.
