Sarcofagus is officially the first Finnish Heavy Metal Band. Their unique musical style is a mixture of metal and progressive rock. Between 1979-1982 the band released one single, several albums and an Album Length Video. After 25 years the band was back with a new Progressive Metal Album "Core Values". The definitive "Anthology 1979-1982" was released in 2009. Their final album, Back From The Valley of The Kings was released in 2016.
